About Sydney

I have experience working with children of all ages in many different settings. I have the ability to not only look after your child but apply extensive knowledge of learning and child development. I am willing to take on whatever role works best for your child/ family by helping around the house, running errands or helping with schoolwork. I have a Master of Education in School Psychology where I studied education practices, conducted special education evaluations, and gave recommendations to improve learning and behavior in school aged children. I have also worked within military child development programs (0-5yo) caretaking, writing/implementing curriculum and monitoring development. I love working with kids because I love to see them grow and learn new skills. I also enjoy finding ways to teach children skills in ways that they enjoy. I decided to take this route so that I can stay home with my son (4mo) while doing what I love and still provide for my family financially.
