About Sydney

Hello! Im Sydney and have recently graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Criminal Justice. Growing up, after attending summer camp for 9 years at Matoaka, I worked there for 2 years as a counselor, waterski instructor and am lifeguard certified and CPR certified. There, I cared after my beautiful 20 girls in a bunk throughout the summer. I love looking after kids because this beautiful life has so much to offer and they are the ones who will be tackling life on their own one day- its that reason I want to surround myself with loving and gentle kiddos who give me a reason to smile. Im super easy going and approach life with positivity and laughter- while also understanding that light hearted discipline and instruction can be beneficial too. I am flexible with my hours (full & part time). Caring for your children with lots of love, support and comfort with your trust in my hands is a priority for me and always comes first when caring for your little ones.
