Hey! I'm Sydney, I like working with kids because I have unique blend of patience, empathy, and creativity. I understand every child is different and requires personalized attention. my patience allows me to navigate the challenges that will come along whether it's managing behavior or explaining complicated concepts in simple terms. My biggest goal is to create a connection with your child and create a safe environment for your little loved one. I'd describe my personality as outgoing, responsible, and compassionate I'm looking for a job that is manageable, but keeps me on my feet. I started working with kids when I was 16 after I got certified in babysitting after taking a babysitting course. In my spare time, I like to be outside and enjoy the beautiful day, going on adventures and growing my faith with the Lord. One thing you should know about me is that I'm a very hard-working and driven person when it comes to taking care of others and helping out other people in need.
