About Syerra

I'd describe my personality as caring, empathetic, and responsible. I like working with kids because I enjoy fostering a safe and comfortable environment for them to learn and express themselves. I'm looking for a job that provides a comfortable work environment to challenge and grow my childcare and workplace skills. I started working with kids officially in my junior year of high school where I worked with 3-4-year-olds in my schools early childhood education program. For two academic years I gained everyday experience with a variety of children with differing needs and diverse backgrounds to meet their basic fundamental and learning needs. In my spare time, I like to do puzzles, crochet, watch movies, and hang out with friends. One thing you should know about me is that I look for specific instructions to ensure I am providing the exact and appropriate care required for each child and their individual needs. My skills include adaptability, communication, and understanding.
