Hi, my name is TT. I have been a nanny for over 15 years, mostly caring for newborns and toddlers. I have worked with many families long-term, helping raise their little ones like my own. Many of the kids I cared for see me as a grandma, and that makes me so happy. I am very kind, patient, and responsible. I always go above and beyond to help parents and make their lives easier. I know a lot about newborns and young children, feeding, sleeping, playing, and everything they need to grow happy and healthy. My English is not perfect, but I have never had a problem talking to parents. Communication is very important, and I always make sure we understand each other. Teetee was very nurturing to our daughter and would take very good care of her. She would keep her safe at all times - we plan to continue using her as a babysitter in the future! 

We could not be happier with Tahereh as our caretaker for our infant baby boy. She started with us when he was 2 months old and worked with us until just about 1 year old, when it was time for us to send him to daycare. She was reliable, thoughtful, caring, and loving. Tahereh was part of our family and like another Mother to him. Her eyes lit up every day that she arrived at work, and so did his and you could just tell how excited our son was to see her. The love she expressed to him was consistent and genuine, and she seemed to always be in a great mood. She arrived early and stayed late and was flexible with us if something unexpected popped up in our schedules. She was also amazing with our older son who is a toddler. She enjoyed playing with him, getting him thoughtful toys, and he was so excited when he got home from school and Tahereh was still there to give him a hug. Most importantly, on more than one occasion she came to our house, on days she wasn’t scheduled to work, to help during family emergencies - one time even before the sun came up and stayed for 12 hours. We owe her so much. 
We never worried about her if the baby was crying. From the first week we met her she took charge and gave us the confidence that our son was in the best hands. One of us worked from home, but that was just fine, she always worked around us. She was consistent with walks outside and lots of one-on-one play. When it was time to implement a nap schedule she listened to our requests and implemented them perfectly. She also asked how she could help around the house she was on top of the laundry, dishes/dishwasher, organizing kid’s clothes and tidying (and keeping my plants alive!). We are so sad that she will not be coming to our home every day anymore. We truly could not have asked for a better person to love on our infant son for these last 9 months. If you get the opportunity to hire her, guaranteed she will be one of the best decisions you could make. We will miss her so much. She is part of our family now and always will be.


Tahereh (she goes by Soheyla) has been great for our family.  She watched my daughter 2 days per week, 10 hours per day, for the last 6 months or so.  My daughter was ~ 8 months old when she started watching her.  They get along great, she was patient as my daughter got over her initial stranger danger.  They love each other... she is extremely caring with children.  

She also helped with laundry (which often would pile up on me), and periodically sanitizing my daughter's toys.  She also sometimes cooked for my little girl once she started solids. 

Overall couldn't be happier... her whole family is really sweet.  This arrangement has been a pleasure and was really helpful as my mom was doing full-time watching my daughter and it just got to be too much for her.  Now, my mom has some health stuff and needs to focus on herself & enjoying her retirement... so I'm putting my little girl in a full time daycare center.

She worked for us for over 2 years as a nanny for my daughter from age 3 months to 2.5 years old.  She is the most caring lady I've met and treated me, my daughter, and my husband like her own family.  She is energetic, helpful, and knows a lot of about babies and kids! We started out living about 10 minutes from each other and even after we both moved and were about 30 minutes away she didn't miss a beat, never late, and never missed a day.
She was fortunate to gain a grandson and is taking care of him part time. I needed a consistent full time person, which is the absolute ONLY reason we agreed to part ways with her.  She still comes to us for date nights and any other time I need her.   We miss her terribly, but highly recommend her becoming part of any family.

She has an amazing maternal personality and is very caring.  She makes sure the kids are well fed with healthy foods.  She's conscious about cleanliness and is genuinely concerned about the kids' health and overall well being.  Love her.  

Tahereh is one of the best people I've every had the pleasure of meeting. She looked after my son and I can unequivocally say that I knew my son was in excellent care. Tahereh has so many qualities that foster a great environment for both child and family. She is kind, caring, sensitive, considerate, yet firm and fair. 

She always arrived early which enabled my wife and myself being able to leave on time. She was gracious enough to help us with both regularly scheduled care as well as those "family emergencies" that came up now and again.  Even when we needed an extra hand around the house, Tahereh would come and make sure that our son was taken care of. She was exceptional in balancing out "play-time" versus something that helps foster creativity. She was better than me and making sure the little one ate his meal and she had a knack in the kitchen as she prepared healthy balanced meals to ensure my son didn't just eat chicken nuggets and fries. You won't find a better caretaker. 

She is a very upbeat, energetic, and positive person who loves to play music and was very engaging with our son. They were always doing something -- walks outside, reading books, singing and dancing, playing, she even taught him to "help" fold the laundry!

She is very reliable and she always went out of her way to accommodate our schedules. We never had any communication issues. 

She is an amazing cook and would sometimes whip up a lovely dish that we (incl our son) could enjoy over the next few days. (Such a treat to come home to a healthy prepared dinner!) She is very good at taking instructions and was always willing to do things "our way" without hesitation which was important for me as a new mom to a baby with food allergies. 

We were also fortunate to meet some of her large, close-knit extended family. Her own children are grown -- I would add that they are lovely people so her parenting must have been good!

I don't know how to express how lucky we feel that she was our son's caretaker for this past (almost) year. She has helped him grow into a healthy, happy, little toddler boy. I was very anxious about having someone take care of him and we really hit the jackpot. (I hope we are this lucky in finding the perfect carer when we relocate abroad!)
