About Tahja

Hi! My name is Tahja, and I am a Speech-Language Pathology graduate student at Old Dominion University with a passion for supporting children's growth and development. I have three years of paid childcare experience, over 10 years of experience caring for family members, and approximately 1. 5 years of clinical experience working with children and young adults ages 3-21. I provide a patient, caring, and creative environment where children can learn and grow through play, whether through outdoor activities, puzzles, reading, or educational games. I am also happy to assist with meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping. I respect each family's routines and preferences and strive to provide a safe, positive environment where children feel supported.
