About Tahniya

My name is Tahniya, 18, a high school graduate entering college for nursing. I am applying for a childcare position because I have years of experience caring for children and a strong passion for their safety, growth, and development. I began caring for children at 10-12, helping siblings and family with supervision, homework, meals, crafts, and daily routines while keeping spaces organized and safe. Most recently, I worked in a daycare with children ages 6 months to 11 years, supervising 3-10 children at a time. I ensured safety, assisted with learning activities, supported behavior management, and helped with daily care needs. I have CPR training (renewal pending), strong communication skills, and experience with children with disabilities. I am patient, dependable, and enjoy helping children feel supported, understood, and encouraged to grow.
