About Taliza

Before my own schooling and working at an elementary school, I nannied for several children in the newborn-toddler stages of life and have built/maintained relationships with those families. I currently work as a site substitute teacher at the school where I completed my student teaching. I show up Monday-Friday whether the school needs a sub or not to help the entire school. Some days I am subbing (TK-6th) while other days I am offering my support on the playground, in the office, or wherever needed. I graduated from San Diego State University with my bachelor's degree in elementary education in 2021. I completed the credential program in 2022 and earned my master's degree in teaching in 2023 through SDSU as well. The goal is to have a classroom of my own, however, I am taking some time to continue my site sub position in hopes of saving money to move. Since I am done with school I can pick up babysitting jobs in my free time.
