About Talya

Hi! I'm Talya, a Psychology student at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with over 5 years of babysitting and nannying experience. What makes childcare especially meaningful to me is that I grew up with nannies myself. Some of my favorite childhood memories are with the caregivers who helped shape me, and I know firsthand how important it is for parents to find someone they trust and for children to feel safe, supported, and cared for. I have experience caring for children ages 6 months to 12 years old and love everything from playing games and spending time outdoors to helping with homework, meals, and bedtime routines. Families describe me as responsible, patient, energetic, and dependable. In addition to childcare, I'm happy to help with transportation, laundry, meal prep, organization, and other household tasks. My goal is always to create a fun, positive environment while being someone both children and parents can count on!
