Hi, my name is Tameka, and I provide compassionate senior companionship focused on presence, dignity, and emotional well being. With a background in psychology and mental health training, I understand the importance of connection, conversation, and supportive routines. I offer companionship through sitting and talking, reading aloud, light walks, engaging activities, and meaningful conversation. I can assist with reminders, transportation to appointments, light household support, and creating a calm, structured environment. I am CPR and First Aid certified. While I am not a nurse and do not provide medical care, I am attentive, responsible, and committed to ensuring seniors feel respected, heard, and supported.
