About Tamia

Hi! I'm Tamia - a Pittsburgh based nanny and childcare professional with 11 years of experience and a passion for child development that genuinely never gets old. I'm currently working toward my Master's in Child Play Therapy. I love creating age-appropriate, developmentally intentional activities - think sensory play, STEM projects, arts and crafts, robotics (yes robotics haha) and outdoor exploration. I'm comfortable working with individual children, sibling groups, and have plenty experience managing groups of up to 15-20 kids at a time. I have nannyed as young as 2 days old- 13yr, so mixed ages and busy households are my normal. I'm great at meal planning, maintaining a clean and organized home, managing schedules, and running the household when families are away for extended periods.
