About Tamika

I have developed a strong foundation in childcare through hands-on experience caring for my 3 siblings as well as providing babysitting services for friends and family. In these roles, I was responsible for creating a safe, nurturing environment while managing daily routines such as meal preparation, hygiene, and age-appropriate activities. I built positive relationships with both children and parents by demonstrating patience, reliability, and clear communication. My experience has strengthened my ability to handle multiple responsibilities, respond calmly to challenges, and support children's emotional and developmental needs in a professional and attentive manner.
