I essentially got tricked. I hired Tammy to clean and organize my house. I explained it needed some time and attention and I sent her pictures and walked her through the house and asked her if it was something she wanted to take on. She said yes and we discussed a timeline and what needed to be done. After 4.5 hours she had only cleaned a 5x6 bathroom and organized a 2x3 linen closet that didn’t even have much in it. I’m not sure what she did with her time but it sure wasn’t clean or organize. Would not recommend at all. Worst care.com experience I’ve ever had.
