Offer safe local/long distance transportation to doctor appts, scheduled surgery, and completing medical forms etc.. Help with medication refills/picking up medication, and grocery shopping. Manage medication, help with hygiene, and dress/groom. Encourage positive communication, motivate to take long/short walks or bike rides. Create happy experiences together over delicious healthy meals and interesting conversation. Share in times of reading aloud or sit quietly and watch television. Participate doing puzzles/games, cross stitch/crafts and many other fine-motor activities. Attend church with, take shopping or to visit a friend/relative. I am a balanced positive energetic individual able to pace myself with anyone accordingly. My availability is flexible.

Tammy has cared for my 94 year old dad for a little more than a year. Tammy cares for my dad 7 days a week for about 2.5 hours per visit. She has never missed a day or shown up late. She has a great relationship with my dad and he enjoys her company . Her duties include laundry, cleaning two bathrooms,cooking and eating dinner. In addition, she organizers his daily medicine. All of his family live out of state and Tammy gives us a sense of peace knowing that someone is there every day. We know that if something were to happen, we can call Tammy and she would be there as soon as possible.
