Tanasia cared for our daughter for a long stretch, first as one of her daycare teachers and later as our babysitter. We kept her around because she's that good. She brings real joy to the job. She's funny, endlessly patient, and genuinely pays attention to each kid. She'd send our daughter home with thoughtful little gifts and hairdos she would never sit still for at home. I still don't know how she does it. She's also great at running a day on her own. She recently watched two toddlers from two different families and handled all of it calmly, no hand holding needed.
