I have 15+ years of childcare experience, including multiple families with twin infants and toddlers, and children with medical and developmental needs. My experience includes NG and G-tube feedings, safe positioning, transfers, standers, gait trainers, and collaborating with therapy teams and families. I have a Bachelor's in Sociology work part-time as an Art Specialist affiliated preschools, and am earning my Master's in Child Life. I also volunteer with Pediatric Hospice and Camp. We were so lucky to have Tanea as a nanny to our toddler! We had not very good experience with nannies in the past and Tanea is the only one who could find an approach and earn the trust of our little one. We worked in collaboration for the first week to make sure that nanny-transition would go smoothly, and after that we could leave them 1-1 and he NEVER cried when we needed to leave! It was such a miracle for us! Leaving Tanea with my son I always know that he’s safe, he’s loved, and he has LOTS of fun (they do so many fun things - going outside, making art, playing with toys, reading books, and so much more)! Besides that another important thing is that we as parents also have a very strong connection with her - she’s reliable, always transparent, patient and is always caring about our son. We’re very sad that we have to say Good Bye because our toddler is ready for the daycare now, and we truly can’t thank Tanea enough for being such an important part of our family ❤️
