About Tanika

We have had the pleasure of having Tanika care for our daughter for the past year, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. She began working with our family when our daughter was an infant and has been loving, patient, dependable, and genuinely invested in her growth and development. She kept her engaged with age-appropriate activities, prepared her meals, and provided exceptional care every day. Beyond childcare, Tanika was an incredible support to our entire household. She managed all of our family’s laundry, updated grocery lists, transported the kids around town, and planned (then cooked) meals. She was always taking initiative and maintaining a positive attitude — managing multiple responsibilities efficiently and with care. While she primarily cared for our younger daughter, she also formed a special bond with our 3.5-year-old son. He absolutely adores her and regularly includes her in the family pictures he draws, which speaks volumes about the impact she has had on our family. The only reason her employment with us is ending is because our daughter is transitioning to preschool. We have always felt complete confidence leaving our children in her care, and any family would be fortunate to have her. We recommend her wholeheartedly and without reservation.
