Very kind and knowledgeable. She was on time and provided physical care to my Mom in last days of Hospice in her home. She was prof and took care of even the little phy care details that made my Mom feel comforted like rubbing her scented lotion on her when Mama could no longer do so. She admistered meds per instructions.
