Making a positive impact on the lives of those who need care is at the forefront of what I love to do. My approach is rooted in empathy, communication, and a commitment to building trusting relationships. I can easily adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations, alongside having experience working directly with families to communicate the needs of the client on a day-by-day basis. I also have experience with housekeeping and meal preparation, so I'm extremely comfortable with being detail-oriented and following any guidelines a family may have.
