Tanya has been providing in home care for my parents for almost one year. In addition to her being extremely competent, she is caring, responsible, trustworthy and collaborative. She works very well with not only the immediate family but the other caretakers as well, often covering for each other in times of need. I don’t consider my parents easy to care for yet, Tanya has found a way to build a trusting relationship with them and gain their respect, which is not easy to do.
