About Tanya

Hi! I'm a Certified Teacher and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with 15 years of professional experience working with children. I'm currently pursuing my master's degree as I work toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). My background in education and behavior has given me extensive experience supporting children with a variety of learning, developmental, and behavioral needs, including autism. I believe in meeting each child where they are through patience, consistency, structure, positive reinforcement, and plenty of fun! I enjoy reading, educational activities, arts and crafts, outdoor play, and creating experiences around each child's interests. I'm especially interested in supporting families seeking a nurturing, dependable caregiver who understands neurodivergent children and can provide individualized support while helping their child feel safe, valued, and encouraged.
