For the past 20 + years I have worked as a Registered Nurse with a primary focus in geriatrics. I very much love the aging community and would be honored to help you care for your loved one . I am empathetic, patient and kind. I have a deep understanding of the aging process including Dementia, Alzheimer's, cognitive deficit, and the challenges that come with advancing age. In my professional life, I encounter many families who are doing their best to keep Mom or Dad safely at home and that requires help that you can rely on . Along with my extensive medical background , I also offer assistance with meal preparation, medications, woundcare, personal care, light housekeeping, errands, medical appointments and most importantly, nurturing companionship. I am experienced in palliative, hospice and end of life care. I am very comfortable with hospice medication administration . Services also offered for those residing in ALF.
