( 3 years child care in USA and family nanny, I have 15 years old daughter) I believe in a collaborative, hands-on, holistic approach to child rearing. If at all possible, I believe in using organic food and snacks for the children and spending time outside in any weather (dressed accordingly). Being active and engaging with children better disasters their development; this is my goal.
