Tatiana is warm, cheerful and attentive. She quickly picked up on my boys’ (age 4 and 8)interests and strengths and designed games to play with them and activities to delight them. Each time she leaves my sons talk about a new thing they love about Tatiana, from, “She’s the best storyteller!” To “She’s a great baseball player!” Tatiana is resourceful and creative. She found out the kids like board games so the next time she babysat she brought a mini game of trouble so they could play when she took them out for pizza. She is gentle and patient but has excellent behavior management, helping the kids learn how to act responsibly and be good brothers. Tatiana is a natural educator, it is obvious from her outgoing demeanor and level of professionalism and care when working with kids. We love her, and after she leaves, my husband and I are used to hearing “When will we get to see Tatiana again!?” She is a gem.
