About Tatiana

I'd describe myself as passionate, optimistic, trustworthy, and caring. I love working with kids because it gives me a sense of purpose. Seeing life through a child's eyes is such a blessing, and I love being able to create an environment where they feel safe, supported, loved, and free to be themselves. I started working with children in high school, but caring for kids began much earlier through helping raise and look after my siblings. I've learned that patience, communication, and a little playfulness go a long way! Outside of childcare, I love running, playing pickleball, reading, cooking, going on long walks, and spending time with my dogs. I'm also currently writing a book! Most importantly, your children's safety and happiness will always be my priority. I'm a natural problem-solver with a glass-half-full mindset, and I love making people laugh. I still have a very kid-like personality, which makes it easy for me to connect with children and genuinely have fun with them!
