I'd describe my personality as outgoing, nurturing and responsive. I currently work with a family that has a 2-year-old boy who will be starting preschool very soon. I recently came from a child care center in west Hartford that I was a head teacher at. But I decided I wanted to switch up my environment a little! I have have been working with children since I was high school some of the duties were tutoring, mentoring and leading children in the right direction and setting them up for greatness. Some of my strengths are building routine and forming structure and doing that in a way that create smooth transition's. I am currently looking for a full time family with about 40-45 hours weekly. I am open to part time. My hourly rate is $25-27 an hour. I am also available for weekends and date nights or even to come have fun with while parents can get things done around the house. Tattiana was an amazing caregiver. I have a set of Twins and one is autistic while the other has severe AFHD. She took care of them for about 2 years. She taught them everything a child should know, from the fundamentals of school, proper etiquette, and how to be polite and courteous. She set an amazing schedule that they adhere to to this day. Tatttiana took her time with them when I would be become frustrated trying to calm one down and getting the other to interact with people. Tatti has left a long lasting impact on my children, so much so that they are still asking for her to this day. She always be family. My husband I am are truly grateful to have been blessed to have Tattiana care for our children.
