About Tatum

For the past 5 years, I've been dedicated to helping children learn, grow, and thrive. My passion for working with kids inspired me to become a caregiver, and I love creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment where children can build confidence and develop new skills. I'm patient, creative, friendly, and dependable. I believe in open communication with parents and always keep families informed about their child's day. I follow household rules and use positive reinforcement to encourage positive behavior. I enjoy outdoor activities, games, crafts, and educational play that supports learning and development. I'm comfortable caring for up to 4 children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I have reliable transportation, am comfortable with pets, and hold CPR certification, a Fingerprint Clearance Card, and have completed CNA school. References are available upon request.
