After 40 years of working as an RN, I can honestly say that Yaylor is one of the most outstanding CNAs I’ve ever known and worked with on a regular basis. The compassion she shows to her patients is as if she’s caring for her own family member. Her attention to personal details is wonderful as she provides respect and indignity no matter what age or health concerns the patient may have. Patients have told me over the years that Taylor is by far the most kind hearted, respectful, and thorough care giver they’ve ever had. There’s few people like her that provide such comprehensive and compassionate care at the same time. Lastly, Taylor is very dependable. She takes her care giving responsibilities very seriously. I always felt that we would have a very good day when Taylor was present because she did whatever was needed to get the job done, and then she helped other staff members too if she could.
