About Taylor

Hi ! My name is Taylor and I genuinely love working with kids. I worked at the YMCA for two years as a Family Experience Leader, where I spent a lot of time caring for and engaging with children and families. I also have experience working with kids on the autism spectrum as an Registered Behavioral Technician, which has helped me become patient, flexible, and understanding of different needs. Growing up, I regularly helped watch my nieces and nephews and always had fun doing it, which is where my love for childcare really started. I'm CPR certified and always prioritize creating a safe, positive, and supportive environment for children. I'd describe my personality as Bubbly , Fun and creative ! I have been working with kids my entire life , I started taking care of my niece while her mother was in the military and from there every job i've had involved working with kids !
