Don't waste your time hiring Taylor. While Taylor showed up on time to babysit my son. She promised to return the next day, so I allowed her to keep my parking pass. The next morning, I called and text her with no response. She completely no showed and put me in a real bind. She also gave me an address without the street number, so I had no way to pay her for the day she worked. However, Taylor did reach out to request payment. I tried to call her to tell her I didn't have a means to pay her without and address or payment information. She then refused to return my parking pass and literally held it for ransom. It was the most bazaar experience I've ever had. I've used this site several times and I've never had an issue paying my nannies. It's typically a non issue, but Taylor made it beyond difficult. She is unprofessional, unreliable and very rude in her communication. Hard pass.
