This past year I worked full time as a first-grade teachers assistant at Somerset Academy South Miami, gaining experience with 6-8-year-olds. I have baby sat kids before while parents are either out on a nice date night or while parents are here on vacation! I love being around kids, so I would spend the time doing cute crafts, watching their favorite movies, and playing interactive games with them! :)
