About Tene

My name is Tene, and I have been a caregiver since I was 18. From 1995, I also ran my own daycare center, creating a safe and nurturing environment for children. Since moving to Florida in 2016, I have been eager to continue caregiving and find new opportunities to do what I love. I am patient, compassionate, and detail oriented. I adapt easily to changing routines and handle confusion calmly. I can de-escalate stressful situations and gently redirect attention when needed. I focus on creating a comfortable environment and follow each family's preferred communication style, providing clear updates. I have a college degree in Early Childhood Education, along with CPR and First Aid training. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, and prepare meals. Making a positive impact on people's lives is what I strive for, and I look forward to connecting with you and your family.
