About Tenzin

I have a strong background in helping seniors understand and feel confident using technology. I bring patience, clear communication, and years of experience to this role. My friend, who will be helping on August 4th from 9 a.m. to 5pm, holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and has over 5 years of experience teaching computer skills, including tutoring seniors one-on-one. Together, we focus on guiding seniors step by step through using computers, smartphones, email, internet browsing, video calling apps, and other everyday technology. We always make sure our lessons are easy to follow, respectful, and customized to each person's comfort level and learning pace.
