About Teresa

As an Occupational Therapy Student, Making a difference in people's lives is what drives me. I have experience in Inpatient Rehabilitation, Acute Care in a Trauma Level 1 Hospital, Feeding/Eating Therapy, Neuro-cognition Therapy, Stroke Rehabilitation, and Orthopedic Therapy. Providing compassionate care to seniors and adults, and offering support to families is near and dear to me. I'm committed to being patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I prioritize respecting the independence of those I care for. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I provide live-in home care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I have a college degree, CPR Training, and First Aid Training. I communicate with families using their preferred method, offering verbal updates and regular check-ins. I'm comfortable with pets. I look forward to bringing my skills and caring nature to your family.
