About Teresa

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, kind and gentle I like caring for seniors because I enjoy being around elderly. I'm a born caregiver and feel strongly that our seniors deserve respect, honor and to be cherished. I'm looking for a job that is part time. I started caring for seniors when I was a certified nurses aide in a nursing home for 3 years. Back in my younger days. I then became an RN and continued caring for the adult and elderly population in the hospital setting for 10 years. Before retiring to care for my family of 3 boys. Most recently in last 6 years have been caring for children and the elderly. In my spare time, I like to crochet and knit. Do puzzles. Play with my dog. As well as Spend as much time with my grown sons and grandchildren as possible. One thing you should know about me is I'm very honest and reliable. My skills include cognitive engagement, dementia care and all activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating etc
