About Teresa

I have cared for children (birth to age 12) of friends and family on and off since I was 15. The most recent child in my care is my 4-year-old daughter. After her arrival into my life I decided that caring for children was where I found the most fulfillment. I ended a 15 year career in accounting and am now enrolled in classes working toward a BA in early childhood education with hopes of opening my own learning center. I love children and all they bring into the world. I enjoy organizing educational activities that they enjoy doing with a bit of guidance from me but mostly finding their creative spirit and the endless abilities they each possess. I thoroughly enjoy watching them grow and learn, each with a unique way of absorbing and interpreting their surroundings. ***Until the fall, when school resumes my daughter would need to be allowed to be with me as I am sole care provider at this time. I will have the ability to make other arrangements for her but not 100% of the time or on short notice. She is a sweet and nurturing little girl with excellent manners who would be an asset to my caring for your children... plus the added bonus of social interaction with another child.***
