She is patient, professional, reliable, punctual (never late) and attentive. She is truly a baby whisperer with such a calming nature. Terri worked with our daughter’s nap schedule and our house rules. She adapted and respected our wishes and never overstepped. Terri was an extension of us when we weren’t home.
