I am a good listener with good communication skills. My prior medical experience allows me to pick up any changes in your loved one and I will always notify the family ASAP. I've worked in a hospital setting as a floor nurse, an ICU unit and then we moved to NJ and I started in a nursing home and loved it-stayed there and learned so much about the problems elderly people face. After I thought I could retire I missed it so much and started doing home care. I can provide references from my clients family if needed
