I highly recommend Tess if you are looking for a caregiver for your family member. Tess is such a warm and caring person and was amazing with my parents as she helped my mom take care of my dad who had ALS during the last 9 months of his life. From the moment we spoke and met her she felt like family and treated my father and mother with compassion, dignity and respect.
