About Tessa

Hi! My name is Tessa. I am a student at Elon University with extensive experience caring for and working with children. I am from Massachusetts and I am a certified preschool teacher in Massachusetts, CPR, and First Aid certified, and have worked as an assistant day care teacher for one year. I also have spent three years being a camp counselor for children in grades 1-5. I am patient, dependable, energetic, I am comfortable helping with homework, preparing meals, and following routines. I believe being trusted to care for a child is a privilege. I value the opportunity to support each child's development and help feel, safe confident and understood. I will have a valid drivers license and will have a car on campus. I am looking for a part - time position that works with my class schedule including after school care, occasional babysitting, date nights or weekend help.
