About Tess

Hello, my name is Tess! I've been working with kids of all ages for the past six years. I first began volunteering at a wonderful outdoor summer day camp in middle school, where we spent our days playing games, going on hikes, exploring nature, and creating art projects. Once I reached high school, I began working there and have returned every summer since! I truly love spending time with kids and finding ways to make each day fun and engaging. I consider myself a storyteller at heart, and I especially enjoy encouraging kids to be caring, curious, and to try new things. I'm currently pursuing a graduate degree in music performance (oboe) at the University of Houston. I'm responsible and very patient, and I'd love the opportunity to get to know your family and help create a fun and comfortable environment for your children!
