About Tessy

Hi, I'm Tessy, I have about 5 years experience in childcare and 11 nieces and nephews. I have worked 2 positions with 6-month-old boys, both about 6 months long. I fed them, changed them, played with them, soothed them, and put them down for nap. Previous to that, I worked a 2 month job with a 6-month-old, a very similar routine. Previous to that, I nannied 3 children, ages 4, 7 and 9. I helped get the two oldest ready and off to school. After that, I spend the rest of the day with the 4-year-old - preparing his meals, doing a daily lesson, taking him to the library and preschool, and doing imaginative play games I made up such as light saber wars set to the Star Wars theme. For 6 months previous to that, I was a nanny to a 2-year-old who had Down Syndrome. Previous to that I worked in Erie for 8 months with preschoolers, at Sarah Reed. Currently I work at gannon as a janitor, I have been there for 3 years.
