About Thais

Nurturing young minds is my passion. I'm currently on the path to become a pediatric speech-language pathologist, and I love applying what I've learned about communication, language development, and behavior into my babysitting work. For the past 10 years, I've cared for children 0-11, with a special focus on toddlers and early school-aged kids. I bring a calm, patient, and friendly energy to every family I work with and enjoy engaging children through outdoor play, board games, and educational activities. I'm confident in setting boundaries and reinforcing household rules, and I make it a point to communicate clearly with parents, whether during pickup or regular updates via your preferred method. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish and conversational ASL. I also have reliable transpiration and am great with pets. More than just a sitter, I strive to be a positive, trusted presence and make a meaningful difference in your child's life.
