About Thais

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work directly with older adults, providing companionship, emotional support, and assistance with their daily activities. My primary language is Spanish, but I speak a little English and understand most of it. I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant, CPR and First Aid trained, and Certified Home Health Aide. This experience has allowed me to develop a deep sense of empathy and understanding of their needs, as well as strengthen my communication skills and patience. What I value most about this work is the personal satisfaction it brings me to contribute to their well-being. Helping them not only means making their lives easier, but also listening to their stories, learning from their wisdom, and giving back the care and respect they deserve. Seeing their gratitude and realizing how small actions can make a big difference in their day-to-day lives is a constant source of motivation and personal growth for me.
