In Brazil, where there are many street dogs, my parents always stepped in to help rescue and find new families for them. This nurturing environment fostered my lifelong passion for dogs. Since moving to Los Angeles, I've continued to care for dogs, frequently dog-sitting and helping friends with their pets.
