We had a wonderful experience with Thais and would highly recommend her to any family looking for a caring, reliable, and trustworthy nanny! Thais has an incredible balance between keeping children safe and encouraging independence. She gives children the space to explore, learn, and build confidence while always staying attentive and knowing exactly when to step in. We trusted her completely to take our daughter out every day, and we always felt she was in great hands. She is also fantastic at engaging with children. She’s patient, warm, and knows how to guide them in a positive way. Our daughter developed a great relationship with her, and we saw her build confidence, independence, and good routines during the time they spent together. One of Thais’s greatest strengths is that she’s very easy to communicate with. She respects parents’ preferences and consistently follows instructions. She is open to feedback, eager to learn, and genuinely wants to support each family’s parenting style. Another thing we really appreciated was how proactive she was in providing enriching experiences for our daughter. She happily took her to community activities, playgrounds, and classes, including swimming and soccer. Our daughter especially loved swimming lessons, which require the caregiver to stay in the water throughout the entire class. We enrolled in an intensive week-long program with lessons five days in a row, and Thais enthusiastically supported it without hesitation. She’s an active, energetic person herself, and she truly enjoys helping children stay active, explore new experiences, and socialize with other kids. Overall, Thais is dependable, kind, and genuinely cares about the children she looks after. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had her care for our daughter and would recommend her without hesitation.
