Excellent and very reliable with pick - ups and a very safe driver if this is all you need. I score Thayanne 100% in this regard. For childcare, she might be a better fit for much younger children. Not sure of ability to interact well with older/pre-teen children or enforce rules. Set expectations accordingly. Might work better with a very rigid schedule that is not very flexible for a working mother with changing needs.
