About Thea

Hi, my name is Thea. I am a professional caregiver based in San Diego with experience supporting children and adults with developmental and behavioral needs in structured, high-responsibility environments. I currently work in caregiving for adults with mental and developmental disabilities and have K-12 experience supporting children with autism, behavioral challenges, and non-verbal communication. I am CPR and AED certified and a Mandatory Reporter for both children and adults. I also have infant care experience through hands-on babysitting for my niece. My approach is calm, structured, and organized, with a focus on consistency, routines, emotional regulation, and safety. I am especially comfortable in roles that require both childcare and household support, including maintaining schedules, assisting with daily routines, supporting school transitions, and helping keep family systems organized.
