Thelma is a TEN out of Five! Experienced, knowledgeable, kind, patient, CARING, hardworking, attentive to detail...I was fortunate enough to have Thelma as my caregiver when I broke my leg. She is up-beat and hardworking. She rarely takes a break and will always find some constructive task in any moment when I do not not immediately need her assistance. Thelma anticipates my needs and preps things in advance whenever possible. She is an excellent driver when I need to get to Doctor appointments or errands. I particularly appreciate her tireless energy, her beautiful smile and the million 'little things' that she does to make my convalescence as comfortable as humanly possible. Her main focus is to make me well - she encourages me to rest when I want to push too far; and to push me when I am getting lazy. Anyone would be blessed to have an angel like Thelma when they need in-home care for recovery, aging, memory/neurological issues, injury or companionship. I am so very grateful to have found Thelma on Care.com. She is wonderful!
