About Theresa

Hi! I'm Theresa - a 35-year-old Intervention Specialist with 10 years of teaching experience and a lifelong background working with kids. I have a Bachelor's in Child Development and a Master's in Special Education, and I've spent the past decade supporting preschool through 4th grade students in both mild/moderate and moderate/severe settings. I've worked with a wide variety of kiddos and needs, but my specialty is supporting children with autism. I have extensive experience with interventions, AAC devices, communication supports, and creating calm, consistent routines that help kids feel safe and successful. I'm reliable, communicative, and experienced with a wide range of needs. I adapt easily, stay consistent, and know how to support kids through both everyday moments and the harder ones.
